There is a tradition in Japan — the takumi — of spending an entire life devoted to a single craft, and still considering oneself a beginner. Not as false modesty, but as a philosophy. The work is never finished. The pursuit is the point.

We think about strawberries the way a Japanese fruit grower thinks about a single melon — with obsessive care, with patience, with reverence for the ingredient itself. Our greenhouse is where that obsession lives. It is small. It is serious. And it is, in our eyes, permanently unfinished.
The gold leaf on the Or Fin finish is not decoration. It is a reminder — that the most ordinary things, treated with enough care, become extraordinary. A strawberry. A flower. A morning at the market. A life structured around beauty rather than accumulation.
We are working toward growing the finest greenhouse strawberry in the world. We do not know how long it will take. We think that is exactly the right answer.

Orders are placed through the app and collected in person. We dip each strawberry after your order is confirmed — the chocolate is always warm when you arrive.
